Chuck Bomar brings over 25 years of leadership experience to his role as President of Barna. A widely respected thought leader and author of nine influential books, Chuck has consistently provided leaders with practical tools to navigate growth, change, and conflict. Over the course of his career, he has also founded and pastored a thriving church for 12 years, demonstrating his deep understanding of the challenges facing faith communities today.

In addition to his ministry work, Chuck has built and sold successful businesses and founded a non-profit dedicated to equipping Christian business owners to prioritize the well-being of their employees. Bringing his extensive expertise and vision to Barna, Chuck is guiding the organization into its next chapter, equipping churches and leaders with transformative insights.

At home, Chuck enjoys time with his wife, Barbara, and their three daughters, whether traveling together or enjoying life in their community.
